Should I Get A Ceramic Coating Or PPF?
Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic Coating are two different protective media’s used to protect the paint of a vehicle or other surfaces.
PPF is a clear, self-healing, and flexible film that is applied directly onto the paint surface. It provides a layer of protection against physical damage such as scratches, chips, and dings. PPF can also protect against environmental damage from UV rays and road debris.
Ceramic Coating, on the other hand, is a liquid coating that is applied and then cured onto the surface. It forms a hard, durable, and hydrophobic layer that provides protection against environmental damage, reduces maintenance and makes the surface easier to clean. Ceramic coating also enhances the shine and appearance of the surface.
In summary, PPF provides a protective barrier against physical damage, while ceramic coating provides protection against environmental damage, improves the appearance, and reduces maintenance. Both options offer benefits, and the choice between them may depend on the level of protection and appearance desired, as well as the intended use of the vehicle or surface.
