My visit... read more was about month ago was for a window tint job on my "Model 3 Tesla" and during the process there was a pretty big hiccup, but these guys made it right for me. They assured me they would have it fixed promptly and they did! They even gave me a loaner car while mine was at the Tesla shop getting fixed. I can't say enough about how kind, compassionate, and caring they were. Mistakes/Accidents do happen that's called life, but how they went above and beyond to make things right was VERY impressive! HUGE shoutout to "Tim" who works the front desk! This guy is a jewel and you should do whatever it takes to keep him because he understands what GREAT customer service is! I will most definitely be back because they have earned my business! Thanks Fellas!

I opted to include the pet hair removal upgrade to my Level 2 interior detail and was astonished at their ability to remove every inch of fur. With my car being as old as it is, there were a couple of deep set stains that did not come clean, but that is to be expected. Overall, I’m very impressed with the labor service and customer service provided. I’ll definitely be utilizing them again for my new vehicle.

Back in September 2018 I went to Pristine Auto Spa and had my windows tinted. This year I notice that's one of the small imperfections in my passenger side window... read more was increasing in size. I called Pristine Auto Spa to see how much it was going to cost to fix/replace the window tinting on the passenger side window. The young man on the phone proceeded to tell me that there was no cost because there was a lifetime warranty on my window tinting. Yes, I was told this when I the initial window tint put on. However, many companies mysteriously lose the warranties. Pristine never even questioned the warranty. I I scheduled the time to drop off the car, that was convenient for me. I was told that they were going to be closed for the holiday weekend and that it may take a little longer than normal for them to fix/replace my tint. However, they could/would give me a loaner vehicle while they were working on my window. I dropped it off and they did just that. They even made sure to reimburse me for gas money because the loaner vehicle was on empty when I picked it up. You can't get any better than Pristine Auto Spa!

Service took longer than expected but there was a holiday in the middle of it so I atribute it to that. They were super friendly, the price was probably on the higher side of what I asked them to do, but I do believe you get what you pay for. In this case I got a great looking car, and some window tinting that has cooled down my car in the sun. I would definatly recomend them to anyone and would use them again if I had nother vehicle that needed protection.

I found the overall experience of working with this shop to be a positive one. The shuttle service from my house, back and forth, was extremally convenient. The after market... read more vinal products were professionally applied even as a last minute request. They made special effort on the barrels of my front wheels to make sure they were close to factory cleanliness and color. This was my mistake for driving the car a few hundred miles before delivering the vehicle. I should be been more vigilant in the cleaning in that time. I was however a little disappointed in the application of SunTek PPF Defense 11.5 mil on the carbon fiber wheels (which I purchased separately) instead of the standard 7 mil or 8 mil PPF that they would have applied. I felt the application may have been a bit hurried (1hr application per tire). There is lifting at some of the corners and air (bubble) removal was not inline with the outcome of the rest of the PPF on the vehicle. I was reminded that this was not their product and not guaranteed under the 100% satisfaction clause. I understand this was not their product and I am working on finding a resolution to this problem myself. (UPDATE) 😎 Well to their credit they offered to fix the rims at no expense to me. I picked up the vehicle and the same product was applied to my rims. SunTek is a new product for me. After some Google... Not exactly a superior product. I would like to thank the Spa for everything they have done for me and I will be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future. Overall time in shop was approximately 6 business days. Items performed; Paint Protection Film - Xpel Full Frontal Plus (Standard). Ceramic Coating - Xpel Fusion Premium (Small). Ceramic Coating - Xpel Fusion Wheels Off Coating (Mounted Wheels) and the modifications/additions as listed above. Cost of the project was reasonable and results were as advertised. My point of contact was Tim and he represented his shop extremely well with the "we will make it right" attitude with their product. I would highly recommend this shop to any vehicle owner serious about protecting and beautifying their investment. See attached the photo of my 2021 Shelby GT500 after work was complete. I got the full frontal PPF wrap, ceramic coat, and tint on a new Tesla Model Y, blue, freshly delivered. I had to look very closely under the hood to see the edges of the film, and everything looked spectacular. A+.

Will Try to keep this short. My experience with Pristine Auto Spa was very good. I called for two reasons. One was paint correction for a boneheaded... read more move by me and the other was window tinting. Upon arriving you walk into the shop and the operations desk is right in front of a window where you can see the work being done for current clients. If you're someone wanting to have work done on your automobile that puts a good feeling in your head right away. So Dylan took a look at the car and we settled on an appointment time later the following week. Long story somewhat short they attempted the paint correction but stopped because there were a couple of deep scratches so know they won't try to take it to far if you need that service. It was a Hail Mary on my end. The tint job looks phenomenal. They did not charge for the attempted paint correction and the pricing on the tint job was straight forward - not a penny more. Anyway I would highly recommend this shop if you want to up the level of your cars appearance. They also have several other services so you can piecemeal it if you want at a later date. High end stuff. And it seems like they have a real passion for the customer and work they do. Well done.

It was suggested that I protect it with paint protection film and a ceramic coating. I chose the Full Frontal Option with their Ceramic Pro Silver Package and it looks incredible!
